At the fifth meeting of the Personnel Training and Licensing Panel (PTLP/5) held at the International
Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) headquarters in Montreal on November 04-08 November 2024, a
proposal was introduced to remove Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel (ATSEP) from the
Procedures for Air Navigation Services Training (PANS-TRG) document.
